Buying a server, or quality setup! (Playerbase)

I am fairly new so yes I know you might think I am not trustworthy.

Anyway so this is what I am looking for:

- Minecraft server (Factions,prison, don't care)
- Playerbase (10-15+)
- Make's enough each month to pay for the server.
Or
- A high quality setup
(Preferably with website and buycraft)
- Everything is ready to go
- If it's prison then all mines must be complete.

That's all I can think of.

I don't really have a budget I will spend as much as I need but let's just put it at a few thousand.
Not saying that I I want to spend all of it, just saying that that's my max.
