Buying a server with a player base

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a server with a player base. My budget is flexible but i can't really go above $200. (may make exceptions)
Im looking for at least 10 players (active), server has to be fully setup and on a host. (You would transfer the host to me and i'd continue paying, i don't want the hassle of transferring server files)
I don't mind particually as to what game type but i probably wont buy if its completely far away from what I'm used to (Factions and Prison I'm used to, survival and basic game types are fine too)
