Buying a server with a playerbase *NO BUDGET*

I am looking for a server that has a decent player base of about 10 to 50, if you have a server for sale or know of someone please pm me here or on discord @yassin_ayob#2005
I would like to get a custom gamemode server but the generic gamemodes will do such as prison or factions.
I would pay 200-300 dollars if the playerbase is under 50 so maybe 15-25 players
