Buying a Small Factions Server

Well, I know I have no good rep and I don't have any bad rep either because I haven't done anything on here but I'm looking into buying a small factions server. I would just buy a set-up but I'll start with trying to buy a server. I'm not looking for anything special player base wise. I just want to buy a server that is already up and running that I can check out, has all votifier links set up and working, and a working enjin site/ buycraft. Like I said, I don't care if the player base is zero as long as it's a running server that can be transferred over to my host and that it has the enjin site, buycraft and the other little things I'm happy.
