Buying a spawn

Hey so i'm looking for a spawn to be made or a pre built one

but the theme i had for it was a sand island spawn or quite a few sand islands, linked together by bridges etc so sort of like hawaii themed

the spawn needs:
Places for people to heal pokemon
A place to put crates
A market place
A sandy arena for players to battle needs to be smallish size not to big
A seperate island where i can put around 8 npc trainers so like a beach area something like that as it will be a training area for people
