Buying a Unique PVP Orientated server

Hey all.

I am currently Interested in buying a PVP orientated server with a unique twist/feeling to it.
I prefer the server to have a prospering player base, and include the game modes: Factions, Kit PVP, et cetera.

I am currently not interested in buying anything generic or low-average quality.

I have a high budget, dependent completely on quality.

I don't think he is looking for someone to set up a server for him. He wants a server that's already established.

Correct, I am looking preferably looking for a server already established.

This is due to all all the people who have done set ups for me have been rubbish.
