Buying an established network

Hello there, I'm looking to purchase a Network/server with existing player base.


Requirements:
- 50+ players or above
- Must be active, not something that was down for MONTHS
- Arts/etc? tell me what you have to offer
- A [Network/or/SERVER] no [SETUPS]


Budget: 1.5k

If I don't find any, I'd make a request to a moderator to close this thread and I'll instead build something from scratch. Could/IS efficient, but again I choose this method just to see what you guys may have to offer.
