Im willing to pay $150.00 for it. I would like it to have a playerbase of 50+ but it doesnt matter. I would a website and a donation store. I have my own host. You won't be able to get that big of playerbase with your budget (I know it says it doesn't matter). But you should be able to get a decent setup/server with your budget.
