Hai Guys Im Looking For A Full Rpg Map Build For My New Server Idea. I Have A Pretty Strict Budget But I Really Want To Do This Server And A Awsome Custome Map Would Fucking Help Heaps! My Plan For The Server Is To Run A Factions/mmorpg Style Server With 6 Classes. Each Of These Classes Would need Its Own Spawn Town And We Would Need A Hub So That People Can Work Out There Class/Role. Most People Tell Me This Will Cost Up To $500 But I Want To See If Anyone Will Do Something Cool For This Price. If Not I Guess Its Off To Find Builders On Minecraft Forums And Planet Minecraft...

multiple cities will either take a LOOOONG time, or cost a lot of money. Tbh, if time isn't an issue, you're better off trying to find a few middlingly skilled builders on PMC and guiding them through the process of making a city. Maybe get someone more skilled to plan it out for them.

I'm not going to be showing you a city I just casually made, since I have none. There's a reason there are so few cities around in the minecraft world: cities are a bitch to make. The simplest city is a collection of houses in a square grid. Assuming you don't just copypaste in a few houses, that will still take around a week to make if you take it easy on the houses and ignore interior.
Anything more complex will take longer.

If you get very lucky you can find a buildteam on PMC that is just starting off but is willing to do it for free. even then, expect around a month per city not counting terrain.[DOUBLEPOST=1449255830,1449255792][/DOUBLEPOST]

True enough, but the only time I succeeded in getting someone to change was after I pissed them off to the point where they were spluttering. Not something I want to do each time I come across it, so I usually don't bother.
