Buying any Factions server with a 30 MIN PB, and good Donations

I've got more time on my hands now to get back into gaming, and I need to find a minecraft server perferably with a 30 player base. I'm looking for something that is 1.8.9 styled, or a 1.10 if the player base if super high with good features. I've got some good price ranges that a seller will like, but that will be discussed either over PMs or Skype.

You realize this will cost you at least a $1000 or more... I have seen servers with a player base of 15 go for $450.
