Buying big FactionPvp server max $400

I'm looking for a factions pvp server with custom plugins and a big player base with lots of donations and pure FUN! $200 is the highest I'm paying!

Define "Big". $150-$200 would be the set up alone (guessing your looking for a good quality one since your requesting custom plugins). Then with $200, you could probably get like a 10 player base. I'm not too sure about that number, but I know it won't get you anything high.
