I get a sense when I meet a scammer and this is one. Here are some tell tale signs

He has no reputation and demands you go first
He wants to go in to a large scale deal with no reputation
He has 13 posts and expects you to deal with him in a cryptocurrency which you can't chargeback in and wants you to do a $100 to $500 deal.
I can gaurantee he is a scammer

Just going to comment on this, He won't add people on discord due to popularity, and the sheers amount of people adding him.

3. I know and have worked with Jamea on prior servers he's been contracted to work with and has done nothing malicious nor attempted to scam/make negative actions on either of these servers.
4. Yes he maybe a youtuber but they can still scam, if a Minecraft Youtuber was to attempt to scam under his own name on a well known MC forum platform (Such as MCM) wouldn't it kill their reputation + future contracts with servers?
5. As from talking to him prior, he has already said he would go first if there was known members of MCM who are reputable for trading BTC

I wouldn't class this as a 1 sided response but I can understand your concern.
And I don't speak for him I just speak from personal experience/conversations with him.

My reputation isn't on MCMarket, it's on YouTube, If you don't trust me, then don't do a deal with me. I found someone who was willing to trust me and they got rewarded by it because I overpaid them

I don't know. Just cause he has a 19k YouTube channel doesn't mean he won't scam you. Also, if that Discord is legit, I'm not sure cause I haven't checked, but if it is he is implying he won't accept your friend request. I suggest you never go first with him.

I don't generally accept discord friend requests because I hate getting called from people all the time & with 8k people in my discord and with what would be around 1000 friends, I'm going to get called a lot, which I don't want to happen.

Everyone who messaged me from here I did friend and when I still needed BTC, we worked out a deal.

My discord is legit yes, my discord & discord server are in the about section on my channel and my discord server is in the description of every video. But I understand that because someone has got subs, it doesn't make them trustworthy. There, unfortunately, have been a lot of people who've used that trust to scam.
