Some, others I add stuff too, faction spawns get HQ warzone, some will get a lot of terraforming too. I will probably sell them for a bit more, but others won't have to do the advertising, renders or other time-consuming things. A lot of builds have been catching dust too. So this is a good option for both parties. I've bought a lot of builds who would've never ever seen the daylight.

I have a ton of pre-made builds, I can sell them to you for very cheap (You choose your prices). I have hubs, koths, end spawns, custom ends, etc.
I can sell them in a bundle or seperately, your choice.
Re-sell them as much as you would like, and don't worry about giving me credit. The builds I have, I've been wanting to get rid of for awhile.

Hey, I have a spawn that I recently built as a commission which the client decided he didn't want. It's 75x75 and has a shop and library. The theme is pre-sunken Atlantis.
