Buying | Clash of Clans accounts.

Hey folks!

I’m looking to purchase town hall 9 or above accounts.
I do not want anything below this level, I do have some requirements:
- The town hall level must be 9 or higher.
- The troops must be of a decent level, they should match the town hall level.
- The account can be rushed, I just need it for the troops.
- Name change preferrably available.
- You show me the account with screenshots and list a price, i will not offer you, you simply name a price.
- I’m only buying IOS accounts (with email access).
- I’m only buying from reputable sellers.
- I’m not going first unless high rep.
