Buying cmdexecute plugin for items used on blocks sponge

Greetings,

I am paying for a detailed plugin that allows the ability to;
1. Bind commands to items, and allows users to execute these items using right click
2. Allow for items that do not have commands to be checked against blocks such as signs, blocks, etc... that will run commands. Need to allow for quantity (as in 15 of this item performed x command) (console and ingame)
3. Allow for admins to give players items that include these commands by running a command instead of physically giving item. /give held item that retains command given to it

Now the command bound item portion would have to be different from the item checking block that runs commands because I want the items used to check against blocks to not have commands on them itself.

Pixelmon 5.0.3 server would like pixelmon: items ids to be used for this.

Will need a helpfile that is luckperms friendly allowing for permissions groups to use all or some of the commands.

Running latest sponge/forge 2254 or higher. Would like plugin to be easy to update and would pay a small fee if these updates were required to keep up with latest spongeforge
