Buying complete HCF server.

Hello mc market, this thread is for a fairly small community that has 50-500 players. I need a complete HCF set up ready out of the box: Must include
koths
Claiming
F home and a clean f show
Fast smelt
Anti X-ray (example: OGNAMESPLEASE has found 5 diamonds)
Dtr and regen freeze
And of course all standard HCF commands in case I forgot some.
The owner will make a reasonable offer, post here if you have anything.

I'm not the one buying it, the owner isn't going to spend more than 250 dollars. I just made this thread for him. The server owner's name is Shicking, and I'll hook you up with him if you want. The hcf plug ins we already have are terrible, go on playsurvivalgames.com and type in /server hcf. Horrid plug ins. Ehm, I just released 2 days ago, got 298 for SOTW, not too sure if I'd sell but, primehcf.com's the IP.
