Hello, I'm making a factions server and I need a custom enchantment plugin; I am looking to have them not so OP, and there be tiers. (Tier 1: 15 levels | Tier 2: 30 Levels | Tier 3: 45 Levels | Tier 4: 60 Levels ) My price range is $15-$20 or something near there.

Normally a good custom "custom enchantments" plugin will cost more than $50. I am planning to code one and make it a public premium plugin in SpigotMC. Good luck finding a developer!
