Buying custom Factions spawn!

What im looking for​

Hello MCM! I am soon going to be opening another factions server which is less OP then the one I have right now. (Flamingpvp.net) so I have the setup ready I just need a build. I am looking for a spawn similar to the one I have right now (Like a castle with walls and gardens etc. get on for a better idea). But make sure its a bit different, the same builds on different servers is boring right? When building leave a designated area for a shop and crates. But anyways I am willing to give you A building tag on the server (If you so wish) and I am willing to pay according to how large the spawn is (At least 75x75 please) make it go into the wild (Extra money can be payed if a custom war zone is also created.

How payment and delivery will work​

When you begin the process I will pay 50% down. After that you will create the spawn (I need it done by 6/4). Then you can show me pictures of the spawn and share them with me, if I approve you will send me the world file and I will pay the last 50%. I also would like to ask for pictures as the spawn is built to prove that you built it your selves.

thanks, that made it less interesting. I always dislike having people quit halfway, even if I usually stand a very good chance when it comes to quality.

Not true at all, you must have misunderstood what I said. I was going to ask whether you could beat a previous offer that i recieved from someone else

even with what he is saying when he gets five builders lined up and they all bid for the job. I mean if you want a crappy builder you can have him. I'm not going to have you pay me $5 to build a 100x100 spawn

sorry, not interested in competing price-wise. I decided months ago that I'm gonna stop working for handouts. I don't intend to compete on price, I compete on quality. obviously not your main priority.

Dont worry about it though. the ones who have offered so far will definitely fullfill your needs.
