Buying custom terrain with structures

Generally, I've started a new project called "Legends of Zephoria". I had recently bought a map from VolTec that was half completed - and I had finished the rest off. But, I still need a second map for the "awakening" - or when I player reaches level 50 and moves off into the next stage of the world.

I am looking for someone - or a build team - or a few people to work together, to create a map with structures - examples being: castle, farm land, pirate bay; ect.

My budget is $200 - however, we can work out an appropriate price.
I'm looking for a 5k x 5k map
We can discuss a few details if we want - over skype of certain terrain features.
Things like dungeons can be later added to the map by myself.

If you want something really high quality, I think you're a little under budget. My starting price for a 1 biome 5k RPG map is $170, and that's without things like realistic rivers or mountain ranges. Assuming you want a couple biomes, rivers, and mountain ranges, you're looking at a price closer to $350.

Keep in mind I'm one of the cheaper terraformers capable of doing high-quality RPG maps. GuildsMC and others would charge a lot more than that.

Understandable. However, there are still plenty of people who will do it for that price or lower. I am not looking to go over budget yet again, after the last couple thousand I wasted on a server that never went up.

Not too much. It is something we can discuss and I can incorporate as many as I can on my side, or send you the files to build directly into the world.
