Buying dedicated server

Hi I need a dedicated server with at least 32-64GB of ram and a lot of storage at least 3TB and my budget can go up to 60 a month

Other than that, try out Hertzner they're pretty cheap and reliable for storage servers.

3TB of space? You'll get a pretty bad processor for that price. Why not just get one of the cheap SoYouStart servers? They have 2x 2TB HDD.
