I'd recommend using faction/island leaders instead of nitro giveaway discards. Giveaway discards are useless might as well just bot your discord with people instead.

Even if it's not using a giveaway discord is a bad idea. People only join for the giveaway and once it's done they'll leave. Even if they don't you still don't get active people 99% of the time.

That’s actually very wrong, coming from an owner of a 5,000+ member discord. If you buy giveaway advertising from the right places at the right times, it can bring a ton of active members.
