buying "established" network or small server

Hey guys, I am looking to take over/buy a minecraft network.

I only have a budget in the €€€ and am looking for a small server, preferably a network, but it doesn't have to be.

I will also take over the old staff, if they agree of course.

Another thing: I would like to add Pixelmon to the server. The Server does NOT have to already have pixelmon on it.
