Quite frankly, servers like this rarely come up on this site - you're better talking to owners privately about servers that you're interested in, talking in the various Discord Servers that exist for established server owners, or even looking on Skype, as I saw a few big servers go up recently in a few of those group chats (namely, GotPvP).
