BUYING Established Server! No Player Base Needed!

What's up MCM, Neon here in search of an already established server. I'm not looking to buy pre-made server setups or anything. I don't necessarily need something that totally ready to go, but something with a good foundation. If possible, I'd like for the server to be up so I could come check it out for myself. The best part is, the server doesn't need to have a player base. Yup, I'm really looking forward to growing something and learning on the way.

So guys, I'm not giving my budget because by doing that, everyone gets greedy and expects me to pay that much for their server. I'll take a look at each individual server and decide on a price. If we both agree, then hey, we got a deal! Frankly, if it doesn't have a player base at all, you shouldn't be expecting loads of cash coming your way. But I will make a fair offer based on what you have.

I tried to buy an established server as well. However I ended up with a premade setup and bought the builds and plugins separately. It just takes 2 weeks of your time for a server customized to your liking. It's a cheaper, and overall better alternative. Gl!
