BUYING ESTABLISHED SERVER W/PLAYERBASE {$6K+ BUDGET}

I am currently re-entering the Minecraft community and was looking to take over an established server with a relatively decent player base. The game mode does not particularly matter, but I would prefer servers that are not modded. Nonetheless, as the title says, my budget is over $6k and I am certainly open to increasing my budget even more depending on what you have available.
