[Buying] Established Servers w/ Player Base

Hey, I am looking for establisedh servers. If you are looking to sell your server / network to me please read the following requirements.

Server Requirements:

• Must have 50-100+ players online at any given time
• Must have zero bugs and be fully setup for use, if the server does have bugs please provide a full list.
• Must have a 500+ member discord, the discord must be active and have no botted accounts.
• Must have made over $500+ per month
• Must have a domain
• Must have a tebex setup with domain

If you have reach most or all the requirements please contact me on here. Once you contact me please tell me your servers discord, your servers ip, your servers version, your servers gamemode, proof of ownership

Once bought:

• You will transfer ownership of the discord
• You will transfer any and all domain names associated with the server
• You will transfer the tebex site
• You will give us any and all art work to do with the server
• You will give us the source code to any and all custom plugins that are being actively used on the server

Currently we do not have a capped budget so we are open to all reasonable price ranges
