I can't help that your community is dead and you want 3 grand for a dead server. I gave you several offers which you declined.
You say your community is doing well, yet the discord only has donations and staff active in it.
The server itself had like 40 players on it, all which were afk, before you decide to shut it down because you want to sell it. No one in their right mind would shut a server down with an actual player base because its being sold.

The server has a constant stream of new people coming in and out.
It had 70 and less than half were afk...
Also turning off a server is a known thing when selling... You shut it down so that the new owner can release in his own way, reset player data or however they desire lmao
