[Buying] [Estimate] /sell GUI Plugin

I am working on a factions server called Night Realms (See Signature).

The server will need a GUI plugin that works as follows:

/sell opens chest like GUI --> Player places items to sell into gui from inventory --> they press e to close the inventory --> They are paid based on how many items they placed, what items they placed. The selling price for each item would be in the config.

Please let me know if this is achievable, and, if so... For how much $?
(I'm on a tight budget)​

This would be cool but I think it'd be a pretty penny because if you're going to allow all items to be sold, then everything will have to be pre-defined in a file, and if things have durability and what not, you'll have to do some sort of calculations for those for price.

Right, i don't necessarily need the durability stuff as i don't plan on letting players sell certain items such as swords.
