Buying Exclusive Factions Spawn w/ Custom Warzone $40

Hello there MCM,

I am currently looking for a factions spawn that could accommodate a server of let's say 25-30 players. It must be somewhere in the range of 150 x 150 or 200 x 200 for the spawn itself. It is for an OP Factions server.

It must have a place for:

• Crates
• Leaderboard
• Staff
• General info of the server
• Other "empty" rooms so I can add things that I may want in the future

I do like a large warzone, let's say 500 x 500, the bigger/custom the war zone the better (ideally with epic world generator)

I'm looking to spend maximum of $40 on it! Thank you guys

Ye, no. That budget won't get you anything great - quality wise.
