Buying Faction Server [Custom Plugins][Player Base]

Hello everyone, I am in the market for a Factions server, I have ran many servers and really love playing with a community but due to my work schedule I am not around to set up a server and deal with that hassle. I am looking for a dedicated factions server with a player base of 30+ players daily, Custom plugins is a must, anything from enchants to crates. Money is not an issue if it really is what I want. If you have a server or know anyone with a server that they may possibly want to sell let me know! The server needs to be up and running, and to be clear I am not going to just buy set up files.
