Buying Factions/Sky-block Server

Hello, I am looking to purchase a high-quality server that has a healthy established community with active players. My budget for this is €500 (I can potentially go up a bit if needed). I am not looking for a server that was just put together to sell, ideally, a server that the owner loves but sadly no longer has time to manage it.

I have lots of previous experience with administration and staff management in Minecraft and non-minecraft related settings so I can smoothly run a server with no issues.
