You mean you're buying finished plugins, Going to upload them in your name and that's it?

I didn't ask for your opinion, although I can assure you I'm definitely a better developer than you. I also couldn't care less about my name being known amongst your fellow Minecrafters. If you even knew me briefly you'd know I hate this industry and don't publish add-ons in it.
I don't think I need your "information" here. You pulled most of your response out of your ass. I didn't say the phrases "free", "custom anticheat" or "premium plugins". I also didn't imply that I don't have $400 to spend. And finally, I couldn't care less about the opinion of someone who doesn't know the difference between your and you're.
I'll answer those points to any potential candidates.

Guys. If you look into Overlord 's history, you can clearly see he is a very talented developer. All of you just started making assumptions, which sounded a lot like thrashing his thread. When you guys started calling him a shitty developer and saying that he was stealing other people's plugins, you were simply making assumptions. What if he needed the rights for another purpose than re-sell? Please just think this through without starting a full-on flame war.

I believe the point here is that the most obvious assumption would be resale. Please post what it is you intend to do with the rights. If you won't post it here, PM it to me then.
FWIW, any plugins I buy will be made open source, distributed and maintained. There will be no fee to use the plugin, in part or in whole.
I've received messages from developers. If you're sending a message, send me a description, current listings of the plugin (if any), and what kind of price you expect.
I will not engage in further public discussions about this.

You could be the exception, but from what I've seen McM is pretty much an example for the rule of "looking out for #1."

Just because something is free doesn't mean the company behind it doesn't benefit from it. If that were true, the expense wouldn't be worth it. In my case, the expense is worth it.
Fair warning, the OP stopped responding to my messages after I asked him to tell me what he was getting out of buying the plugins. I said I didn't trust any man who didn't seem to have motives for what he was doing, and that if his motives weren't dishonest he should have no problem telling me what he gets out of maintaining these plugins open source and free of charge. He then stopped responding, and has yet to message me back despite it having been several days...
