BUYING: GUI for Rank and Titles prefix manager

I need a GUI to manage player ranks and titles.

So if you type "/rank" then a GUI popup will show up where you can click the rank that you want. Each rank has 2 requirements: price and a time requirement (cumulative time player has spent on the server).

I also need a similar GUI popup that manages Titles (cosmetic prefixes).

I need it to work with the plugin permissionsex OR luckyperms
