Buying HCF Server pre made 100-150 dollar limit

Hello I am willing to pay around 100-140 US Dollars, it needs to be professional and best with a decent player base. I am looking for a custom spawn custom bioms and maybe some custom plugins like A custom core etc. i may be willing to go higher but that depends on how professional it is. with a playerbase you will have to pay a lot more than what your budget it. With a custom core, spawns etc you would be looking maybe somewhere around $1000 with a decent playerbase at least

Those are not requirements, I'm just saying if u have like one or two of those things it would be cool but not all of that
