Buying HQ Network/Forums Files [1.8.x] (Budget - $100)

Hello, I am interested in purchasing a network that has 3+ server that are fully setup and are very High Quality/Playable. Forum and Donation files are highly preferred. If the servers arent fully setup but have substantial work on them feel free to contact me. No Junk networks that can be purchased from autobuys.

*All I need is a copy of a existing server, I am not looking to take over ownership of a server with a playerbase*

The optimal network for me would be a prebuilt playable HQ Network with 5+ servers and forums/donation files. . (I don't need exclusive ownership of the network, just a copy that I will tweak.)

Budget: Up to $100

Please read my main post again, I said "I am not looking to take over ownership of a server with a playerbase". All I need is a copy of an existing server, and that can cost under $50 since there are plenty of premade server sellers on mc-market that have entire networks which are 75%+ done for under $20.

Im essentially looking for a fully setup network with everything done from the forums to donations, and im trying to buy a copy of all the files from said network.
