Buying HQ Network

Don't care much about a player base,I am looking for a good network that includes a hub and a few other servers with it, all custom builds nothing should be downloaded from any other server or website. Maybe have some unique touch to the network but just give me some offers of what some of you people have and we can talk and see what is out there.

I will not say my budget because I don't want anyone trying to offer me something that is worth no where the price they are asking for or trying to get more money out of me.
