Buying large Networks [$3,000 Budget]

Is anyone selling large networks? My budget is anywhere from $0-$3000. I want everything including domain, logos, website preferably etc. I would prefer it to have a playerbase but if it doesn't I can still check it out.

You can't have a budget of 0. What you should have said is "I have a budget of 3k", as that implies you are willing to pay anywhere from 1 - 3k.
