Sorry to say, but 80+ pb server's make your budget, and more. You're going to need a lot more if you are looking at 80+ pb's.

I'm maintaining my purchase at $2000-$4500 for an 80 PB. There are 30PB servers that sold for $5000 and 100PB servers that sold for $3000.

Apple sells laptops for a value of two times more than Dell, yet Dell laptops have more horsepower. Same thing applies here

DevianUI, tbh man, it depends on the server. Some server's do well, some dont. You also need to account for the different holidays/season. Like christmas, black friday, summer. I own a server with this sort of pb that got double what your budget is. Cracked server's usually go for this at that sort of pb, since the donations are literally 50% of what you would normally get from a server that size.
