If your going foe high quality choose totally animated or affluent I would go for the 1st one 2nd one is way to expensive!

With Affluent your really just paying for the high quality work and service. TotallyDrawn is good as well, but you don't get the same kind of out come you get with Affluent, if you have $200 to spend on graphics than I would recommend them otherwise TotallyDrawn will be fine
