[Buying] Looking for someone to create me a website for my build team.

Hey there,
So as the title states I'm looking for someone to make me a website for my Build Team using a free website software such as wix or weebly or some other thing. I need it fully setup to my specifications. There needs to be a portfolio page, a home page with nice images and clean professional background, a team member page, and a contact us/order online page/about us page.

I will be creating the account to wherever it may be the user wants/thinks the website can be made. I will change the account details right after the project has finished. I'm only paying for a service and can do this on my time though I don't have much time and would like this to be done.

If you can provide this service for me, write down what you can do. Your skype, how much would it cost me and how long it will cost.

If I like what you have to offer then I'll PM you on skype.

Payments will work like this:

• More reputation than me I'll pay 50% down friends and family paypal and then 50% after the website is complete and I successfully change the account details.
• Lower reputation count than me I will pay 20% down payment and the rest after it's completed.

Also, this is not just for anybody you must have some background in creating websites so portfolio's would be nice.

I don't have the money at the moment to pay for web hosting so I'd need some free software site creator for now as I don't have the time to make it.[DOUBLEPOST=1448150609,1448150518][/DOUBLEPOST]Also I'm not all the familiar with options in the web creating business so if there's other cheaper options out here, I'm up to hearing them. I basically can't pay for web hosting and domain for now.

Hey Hexcore, I Highly Reccommend the Azrim team. www.azrim.org they got a clean and fast work u can see in their page, Cole is a expert doing things like that. You can send a message in their page.
