[Buying] Looking to buy a server with an established playerbase of concurrent 5-20 players OR a really well built server with/without a playerbase.

I'd like to buy a server with an already established playerbase, OR a server that is really well built without a playerbase but with potential to have one in the future.
The type of server doesn't really matter, but I'd prefer prison/towny/skyblock/pvp. I'd prefer a server more on the simpler side.

It doesn't have to be making monthly revenue, this is more of a passion project for me.

Requesting:

• server files
• artwork (if applicable- if there is none it's fine)
• possibly builds, I'd like to see the quality first
• discord server (if applicable)
• website (if applicable)

Things I won't need:

• domain (unless I really like yours, I'd be willing to pay a bit extra for it)
• server hosting

I would like to log onto the server myself to take a look around before buying.

I can assure you your server will be in good hands, I have been in the Minecraft server world for around 8 years now, having held management positions on servers with a playerbase of 45k concurrent players at its peak.
