Looking to buy a Minecraft server, my budget is around 30k.

Please do not sell me setups.
I’m looking for a built community with a constant player base with growth potential and not on a decline.

Highly would suggest Starting your own that way you'd have funds to develop it(would be able to request changes or additions) marketing(ads n videos)
