OP, I suggest lowering your budget to the 10-15k regions - if you are legit.

It depends on the network, servers with 200 people online can easily bring in 20k a month

I don't think anyone is going to use PayPal for transactions larger than 5-10k... That'd be really stupid.

A lot of people actually do it. The largest one that someone told me about was 20k, and it went very smoothly.
