Buying off a site that doesn't accept paypal? Look here!

So I have a debit card & with reputable members I am willing to buy them something off a site that doesn't accept paypal in exchange for paypal money at a 9.5% roi, which means:
If you want something that is $50 on a site, you pay me $50 + ROI + Tax/Shipping & Handling, only the item price is used for the roi.

Changed ROI and there are thousands of non minecraft related shops that don't accept paypal.
