Buying | Premade Server w/ Survival | For Twitch Community | High Budget (If Required)

As the title states, looking for a premade server/network for my Twitch community.

It requires no player base or artwork, just a flushed-out server.

Does not have to be exclusive.

Must include:
Survival setup, anything else is an addon. Of course willing to pay for the addons. This means if it has a hub, skyblock, and etc...

Additions:
If it is already preconfigured, I am also willing to pay for custom configuration depending on if it fits my standard.

Plugins:
I would prefer it if it utilizes premium plugins, such as Lands, mcMMO, Litebans, etc..
If it is premade, then if possible I would like if you would be available to be commissioned to replace some of the plugins with premium ones and reconfigure.

Budget:
No limit on budget. This means that I am not looking to spend an X amount.
From what I am seeing on average, prices seem to range is around $25 - 100. I can definitely do that, but to give an example of my limit, if the server has to go up to $1-5k then I am willing to do so. But that must be completely flushed out and custom.

Just updated the thread, did not realize I forgot to add it.

But the budget is up to $5k. I don't expect it to be near here considering the average pricing I have seen. But if it does, then that is my limit. Of course, I expect it to be exclusive at that range.
