The server must be online, fully operational, and have real player activity.
Main things I’m looking for:

• Consistent playerbase, ideally 10+ active
• Strong Discord/community
• Custom plugins or custom core
• Unique prison features
• Clean economy, mines, ranks, crates, and progression
• Existing revenue/statistics, if available
• Source code preferred for custom plugins
• Staff team is a plus
