Buying PvP/Minigame type servers

Hello MCM,
Today im looking for offers on buying servers (no playerbase needed).
Heres what i'm looking for:
Fully configured with 4 donator ranks (or more/less I can configure this)
Fully configure staff ranks like: Helper, Mod, Admin, Owner (* perm), Dev, Builder
Custom builds (not downloaded preferably only sold to me)

Server types im mainly looking for:
Duels/Kit PvP (integrated on the same server)
Skywars (lobby server and maps)
Bedwars (lobby server only)
Hide and seek (lobby server and maps)

Also I am running these in BungeeCord 1.8.8 Spigot with ViaVersion to support through 1.12

Will update if I buy any of these and/or if im looking for more servers.

Just looking for offers on high quality server under $100/server preferably but I'm open to offers over and if it's just the lobby like on bed wars I'm looking to spend maybe 40$ for a very high quality with a parkour

If you want exclusive I can do some with my team but it is going to cost a pinch more than 40$/server, about 60-50$ with custom builds[DOUBLEPOST=1501257457][/DOUBLEPOST]

If you had all the builds then yes I'd do it all for 100$. But the custom builds are going to increase the price a lot.
