Buying randomteleport plugin that doesnt let people tp in the oceans

Hello! I've tried many randomteleport plugins but every time when i see one i get tpd in the water or ocean. So i was curious if anyone could make me a randomteleport plugin that doesnt let people spawn in the oceans or water and where i can config the cooldown and the max range of teleportation.

Yeah but what ever RandomTP plugin i use 9/10 times i spawn in the water

just change config bro , and min and max .
