Buying server/Looking for partner

I'm looking to buy a server with a fairly large budget, I've been looking to create a server for quite some time, but I didn't have the funds for it, I recently came about some money and I'd like to start something up. I'm looking to buy a server, or a business partner with to accompany me on this endeavor, someone with time, experienced, a user that knows the game, front, and back end. I have a budget of around $4,000-$8,000 dollars USD, and I'd like to get something going. I'd like to purchase a server with an already setup player-base, don't need a server setup, if you're looking to join me in creating a project, and want to create something great please contact me with my information below. Some requirements for a server, and business partner.

Server:

• Previous player base, known name
• Videos, records of server within recent time, proof of steady player base
• Buycraft records, net profit, and gross income
• Pictures of server, such as showcase
• Preferably a website created
• Running server
• A plan, please have a plan of action before you contact me, how you would be beneficial, what you know, servers you've worked for, what would you do with our budget etc. *Important* Gotten over 15 requests but with no plan, I like to spend my money wisely.

Partner:

• Experience within the community, and game
• Knowledgeable, and beneficial information for a project
• Connects, very important, contacts with people such as youtubers, developers, graphic designers etc.
• Past server experience, either owning, developing or managing
• Able to handle a team, and or assemble one
• Common sense
• Some current funds yourself, I'd prefer you to not be broke in other words, pay be able to throw in. Great experience can trump that, but most heavily experienced users will have their money.
