I'm looking for either of two things:
A server, or a server site.

I haven't decided upon which yet, so just post what you are trying to sell me in the comments and for how much.

The server can not be:
Factions
Prison

As said before, I am only looking for one of these, and have not decided upon which - try and impress me! I am spending $50.
